We have an easy 7-day return and exchange policy. If your shoes, belt, or wallet has sizing issues, manufacturing defects, or doesn't meet your expectation, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with product tags and packaging intact.
All orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed and dispatched on the same business day. Inside Dhaka, delivery takes 24 to 48 hours. Outside Dhaka, delivery takes 2 to 4 business days via our courier partners (Pathao / Steadfast).
Select your preferred shoes, belt, or wallet from our Gents, Ladies, or Kids collections. Pick your size/color and click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now". On the checkout page, enter your name, phone number, and delivery address, select Cash on Delivery or bKash, and click "Place Order".
Every product page displays our standard BD / EU / US size chart for footwear and waist inch measurements for belts. If you are between two sizes, we recommend selecting one size up. You can also message our WhatsApp support for personalized sizing assistance.
We provide standard and express courier delivery across all 64 districts in Bangladesh. During checkout, the delivery charge is calculated automatically (Inside Dhaka: ৳70, Outside Dhaka: ৳130). You will receive SMS and tracking updates once your order is on the way.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh, as well as digital payments through bKash, Shurjopay, Visa, Mastercard, and mobile banking. You can pay securely online or pay when you receive the parcel.

Yes, absolutely! We allow customers to check their shoes, belt, or wallet in front of the courier delivery agent before handing over cash payment. If there is any issue, you can immediately contact us or return on the spot.
